State Records Center
The
State Records Center is located in West Valley City, Utah.
It is the facility where we store historical and temporary
records for governmental entities. Governmental entities which
store records with us may retrieve their records or receive
further information about transferring policies by calling the Records
Center. This building is closed to the general public. Tours are offered upon request, however.
To get to the Records Center, travel on I-215 or Redwood Road to about the 2100 South Freeway. At 2320 South Redwood Road, you will notice a 7-11 on the southeast corner. Turn west and follow the road to just beyond where it makes a sharp bend to the south. The Records Center is located in the southeast corner of the U-shaped commercial building on the east side of the street.
