Printing Death Certificates

A death certificate digital image can be printed within most web browsers. You can of course also save the image file to your computer for later viewing and printing using other programs.

Internet Explorer 6

1. On the File menu click Save As...
2. Choose a location on your computer and use the default file name or enter your own
3. Click the Save button
4. Use Windows Explorer or My Computer to open the folder where you saved the file
5. Right-click on the file and choose Print
6. The Photo Printing Wizard opens, follow the steps to choose what images you want to print, choose "Full page fax print" for best results
7. Continue the wizard until completed when your image is printed

Internet Explorer 7

1. On the File menu click Print Preview
2. A separate window will open with a preview of the image
3. Choose "Shrink to Fit" in the zoom options to fit the entire image on piece of paper
4. Click on Page Setup button and choose Landscape orientation for best results, close the dialog box with OK
5. Click on Print

Mozilla Firefox

1. On the File menu click Print Preview
2. A separate window will open with a preview of the image
3. On the scale drop down list, choose "Shrink to Fit" fit the entire image on piece of paper, sometimes images still do not fit so try either 70% or a custom 75% scale
4. Click on the Landscape orientation button for best results
5. Click on Print
