Scope and Content
The fiche are copies of reports: "Golden Spike Centennial Celebration Commission," and "Administrative Reports, 1957-1966." The reports include names of commission members, summary financial statements, and a summary of various activities to carry out the mission of developing and executing plans for the celebration of the 100 anniversary of the completion on May 10, 1869 of the first transcontinental railroad across the U.S.
