Scope and Content
This series is composed of a forty-eight page booklet, Racing Laws and Rules, containing the rules governing the Utah Racing Commission. There is also an agreement between the Utah State Fair Association, which organized and controlled horse racing at the state fair grounds, and the Utah Agricultural and Racing Association, organizers and officiators of many of the racing meets held during 1925 to 1927.
