Scope and Content
This volume (identified as Book B) contains probate forms completed by the court clerk concerning the appointment of guardians for minor children for estates where deceased had a valid will. It contains: orders appointing guardians, letters of guardianship, oaths, and orders appointing appraisers. All forms include the name of the estate, name of minor, name of judge, and date.
