Scope and Content
This series contains a register of burials in the cemetery that served for many years as the primary record documenting the identity and location of burials. The register was probably begun around 1886, but includes information about a few burials dating back as early as 1860. Columns in the register books provide space for such information as the name of the deceased, name(s) of relatives, date of birth, place of birth, date of death, cause of death, medical attendant or mortuary, and location of grave.
Chronological by burial date.
Cemetery burial records from Cedar City (Utah), Series 28228, contain additional information about burials in the cemetery.
