Scope and Content
These case files document the activities of the Board of Adjustment. They are records of the cases brought before the Board and its decisions. Typical meeting minutes include applications for zoning adjustments; findings and orders; correspondence; and any exhibits such as plot plans or elevations. Also included are meeting agendas and records of decisions made in closed sessions. Minutes are signed by the Board chairman or the zoning technician.
