Summary of Records
Scope and Content
This series contains statistical reports every nine weeks or four times each school year. Each nine week's report includes reports for each class in a school, a compiled report from each school, and a summary report for the whole district. Among the statistics tracked in the reports are total enrollment, total days attendance, total days absence, transfers and withdrawals, average daily attendance, average daily absence, and the number of "colored", "Indian", "Spanish-American", and "Oriental" pupils.
