Summary of Records
Scope and Content
This series contains substitute teacher reports, compiled by the individual schools and by the district in a monthly report. These reports tracked the availability of substitutes, their time and any absences throughout the school year. They contain such information as employee name, hours worked, absences, and reasons for absence, and availability, and the teacher they substituted for.
Research Note
The Archives only holds records from 1950 to 1976. All other records from this series have presumably been destroyed.

Chronological by school year, thereunder alphabetical by school and teacher surname.
