This series contains ledgers recording receipts and disbursements. The records were created by Castle Dale Town and City clerks to keep track of municipal finances. The ledgers record various payments received, including those for business licenses and water and sewer utilities. They also record various payments made by the City for such things as staff salaries, electricity, and supplies.

Research Note

The State Archives has records from 1904 to 1917 and 1949 to 1950. The town and city undoubtedly created this type of financial records continuously from its incorporation as a town in 1900, but other years are missing.
