The court clerk ordered this book from the Irwin-Hodson Company of Portland, Oregon. The book is of particular visual interest, with the seated figure of "Columbia" embossed on the front and backed covers.

Custody History

The book in this series came into the possession of the State Hospital by unknown means. It was used at some point by hospital staff as a backdrop for displaying their own historical records. The hospital museum transferred the book to the State Archives in November 2021.
