Scope and Content
This series consists of the biennial reports to the Governor. The reports discuss the finances, advocacy efforts, support provided to silk growers, production achievements and the future plans of the Commission in the attempt to promote the production of silk in Utah.

Public documents serial set from the Secretary of State, Series 240, contains copies of the first, second, and third biennial reports for the years 1899 to 1904.
Bounty applications from the Silk Commission, Series 1205, contains the individual silk growers' production reports.
Financial records from the Silk Commission, Series 20946, provides broader documentation regarding the finances of the Commission.
