Scope and Content
These scrapbooks contain photographs, articles, program notes and other memorabilia which document actual events sponsored or funded by the Arts Council.
A note on Utah Symphony letterhead dated December 20, 1983 from Herold L. Gregory to Mr. Micmilan states: "Here is the old scrapbook of the Utah State Institute of Art which we found in our basement some time ago and I called you about it. It may have some value to you."
