All boxes in series 839 were pulled on June 12, 2014. All materials were evaluated, and placed into more appropriate series. Specifically: Versatile boxes 4677, 4678, and 234166 were placed in series 2368; Versatile box 202796 was placed in series 13910; Versatile box 242601 was placed in 2378; and loose materials in Versatile boxes 183854 and 183852 were placed in series 15320, series 873, series 856, series 5804, series 2389, series 2378, series 865, series 22510, series 840, series 858, and series 855. Versatile boxes 183854 and 183852 were deleted from Versatile once their contents had been reassigned into more appropriate series.

Microfiche boxes with Versatile #'s 301080, 301082, 301084, and 301092 were moved into a newly created series (28528: Claims and Vouchers). The film reel with accession number 67698 was evaluated, and it was determined that it should be deaccessioned (and the catalog copy kept in the ASRS destroyed). The reel contained copies of legislation pertaining to Water Rights from 1941, but no original record created by the office. All records that appeared on the reel are readily available in legislative record holdings.
