Lunch N' Learn: How to Use the State Records Center
Does the office ever feel a little crowded? Do you have a closet or basement full of boxes you never access?
Would you like to free up some space without increasing costs of operation?
Let the State Archives help! Come learn how to transfer records to the State Records Center on Friday, August 30th from Noon to 1:00 p.m. at the State Archives, 346 South Rio Grande Street.
The State Records Center is a warehouse in Clearfield, UT that is available for government agencies to temporarily store records. Agencies may have records sent back to them upon request. The State Records Center monitors the retention of the records and notifies the agency when records have met retention.
