These records document students' applications and awards of financial aid. Information necessary to support the borrower's eligibility and participation is included.
Retention and Disposition
Retain for 5 years after separation, and then destroy records.

These records have administrative, and/or fiscal value(s).
Appraisal
Fiscal value is based on the need to maintain the records for financial audit or financial obligations.
