Posting to the Public Notice Website (PNW) is not the same as archiving the records, or transferring them to the State Archives, because the PNW is not a preservation platform. Please continue to follow the general retention schedule for Open meeting minutes and supplementary materials (GRS-1709) so that these valuable resources may be preserved for generations to come.
