Scope and Content
The purpose of these general safety orders, from the Industrial Commission, is to prescribe minimum reasonable requirements for the safe performance of work activities in places of employment in the state. The booklets contain information pertaining to accidents, working conditions, equipment, machinery, transportation, sanitation, prevention, and ventilation.
