Scope and Content
This series contains records on the Utah Statehood Centennial Commission staff and their activities. The series was created by the Division of State History as part of a capstone project initiated by the Legislature. The compiled history of the 1996 statehood centennial celebration contains reports, minutes, and memos. Additionally, registers of centennial related articles in the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, a CD-Rom and numerous recorded interviews with the commission and staff members are included in this series.
