Scope and Content
This series contains memoranda, official letters and reports dealing with the acquisition and distribution of funds made available to Utah through a series of block grants and block grant programs. Most documents are from different state agencies and deal with efforts made by those agencies to get federal departments to consider their needs when distributing funds via the block grants.
