Scope and Content
The Community Development Plan for Sterling, Utah, was adopted by the Town Council on January 21, 1989. The plan outlines goals and objectives for the culinary water system, transportation, economic development, population growth, recreation, sanitation, police protection, cemetery, annexation, residential development, low income housing, planning and zoning, and the capital improvement program. A photocopy of an aerial map is included.
