This series contains records related to the history of Washington City. These documents were collected by the city, perhaps in preparation for creating or publishing a book or program on the history. Many of the records feature information about and plans for a homecoming celebration such as original songs composed for the program and invitations. Other records include but are not limited to copies of annual reports, essays on city history, newspaper clippings, photographs, tourism brochures.
