Scope and Content
This series contains resolutions created and implemented by the town council. The resolutions are formal statements of a decision or an expression of opinion put before or adopted by the council, sometimes performing the same function as an ordinance. Topics and categories of resolutions include wastewater management, budgets, property, voting, fee schedules, zoning, committees, utilities, and more. Each resolution itself contains the title, text of the resolution, date of its passage, and signatures of town officials. Also occasionally included is any relevant supplemental material and the seal of the city.

Records in this series dating 1987, 1989, 1991, 1993-2019 were transferred to the State Archives by Clarkston in October 2021.
