Scope and Content
This record series contains drafts of criminal, civil and probate case transcripts written in shorthand script in notebooks. These transcripts served as a record of the court proceedings. Many of the notebooks have the case number, plaintiff and defendant, and page number written in English language script on the inside cover of the notebook.

Custody History
At some point, the court transferred these records to the Uintah County Regional History Center. The History Center then transferred them to the State Archives in October 2022.
