Scope and Content
These files document the restoration and use of the Devereaux residence, one of Utah's historic houses from the beginning of the project to its completion. Included are correspondence, resolutions, minutes of the restoration committee, contracts, budget notes, Urban Development Action Grant files, estoppel agreements, news clippings, and other documentation describing the restoration and history of the house.
