Heber City (Utah) Council minutes, 1889-

This series contains the official copy of city council minutes. The minutes are created by the city recorder to document the proceedings of city council meetings, including issues considered by the council, decisions made, and actions taken. Minutes typically include the date, time and place of the meeting; the names of members present and absent; the substance of all matters proposed, discussed, or decided, and a record of votes taken; the names of all citizens who appeared and the substance in brief of their testimony; and any other information that any member requests be entered in the minutes. Later minutes often include attachments provided to council members with information regarding issues being considered in the meeting.
