This series contains notices sent by the Secretary of State to corporations and the County Clerks pertaining to businesses that owe the annual license tax. The notices contain the 1910 annual license tax act, the name of the corporation, where the corporation was organized, and the fees to be paid to reinstate the corporation.

Binding on two of the volumes is in need of repair.

The notices are carbons and bound and difficult to read unless white paper is placed underneath and then the carbons are readable.
