Surveillance recordings (GRS-2021)
Description
These records consist of surveillance used to record activity on government property or involving government vehicles. Incidents requiring further evaluation are not included. For law enforcement dash-cam or body-cam footage, please use GRS-2027 Dispatch and patrol records.
Retention and Disposition
Retain until resolution of issue, and then destroy records.

These records have administrative value(s).
