The Utah Public Notices Website offers:

Utah’s public bodies are required to post notices of open meetings and other public notices on the Public Notice Website. Public notice informs the general public of government or government-related activities which may concern their local area, municipality, county, or state. The statutes establishing this website are in Utah Code 63A-16-601. Learn more about public notice statutes.
Legal notice is a communication required to be made public by a state statute or state agency rule, or a notice required for judicial proceedings or by judicial decision. For legal notices, visit Utah Legal Notices.
