Scope and Content
This series contains published annual reports of program activities, accomplishments, and finances. The earlier reports are based on a calendar year operation cycle, while later reports follow a July through June fiscal year cycle. The reports typically include various statistics, narrative reports, graphs, and diagrams, along with financial reports.

Custody History
The State Archives held a number of reports from the 1930s to the 1970s that appeared to have been deaccession from a library collection at an unknown point in time. The Provo City Recorder transferred a more complete set of reports, dating from 1936-2007 to the Archives in May 2022.
