This series contains agendas for commission meetings, along with the official record of the meetings. In its meetings the planning commission deals with issues such as shall the town general plan, zoning ordinances and maps, approval of subdivisions, and approval of building plans. The minutes record issues discussed in the meetings, along with any decisions or recommendations made by the commission.
