Scope and Content
This series contains agreements for the rental of school buildings and other school district facilities for non-school uses. The agreement forms were created to document when facilities would be in use, who was using them, what they were being used for, and the payment of rental fees. The forms typically record such information as the name of the organization or individual applying to use a school facility, the facility requested for use, the time(s) and date(s) requested, the activity to be held at the facility, contact information and signature of the applicant, and the approval signature of the school district superintendent. The form also includes a space to record rental fees and and when they were paid. The back of the form lists the rules and regulations for rental of school facilities and some forms are accompanied by supporting materials, such as correspondence.

The school district transferred the records in this series to the State Archives in January 2016.
