Central Valley (Utah) Resolutions and agreements, 2005-

This series contain the resolutions and agreements adopted by the town council. The resolutions document legislative decisions in such matters as budget appropriations, taxes, fees, recognition of individuals or organizations, elections, issuing bonds, and other official actions. These documents typically include information such as resolution title and number, reasoning for the action, legal definitions, description of implementation, date of adoption, signatures of the mayor and town clerk, and town seal. The agreements document contracts between the town and other entities in such matters as infrastructure, utilities, land, and other concerns. This series also includes materials related to specific resolutions or agreements such as general fund expenditure reports, public notices and statements, and correspondences.
