Scope and Content
This series contains handwritten cards indexing subjects captured in the Heber City Council meeting minutes (Series 28378). These cards were likely created by the city recorder for easy access and reference. Each card has a subject heading and then lists topics related to that subject, describing each topic with a couple sentences or a short phrase, then indicating the date on which that topic was discussed at a city council meeting. Some subjects consist of only a few entries on one card, other subjects span multiple cards.
