Scope and Content
This series contains two registers used by teachers to record information about students' attendance and some information about performance. The registered are standardized booklets published by the State Board of Education. The two registers in this series are for a 4th Grade class from 1948-49 and a 6th Grade class from 1950-51. The school would have created some kind of register for each class over the years, but these two are the only ones that have made it to the Archives.

School year record books from Murray City School District (Utah), Series 30083, contain earlier information about attendance at the Liberty School.
The two registers in this series, dating from 1948-49 and 1950-51, were given to the Murray City Museum in 2008. The museum transferred the records to the State Archives in March 2021.
This series is classified as Private: Information in this series about individuals under the age of 21, including birth dates and academic evaluations, are considered private for 100 years. (Utah Code 63G-2-310).
