Scope and Content
This series contains records of the Washington City Power Board's meetings. The city's Power Department handles the electrical energy needs of the citizens of who live north of the Virgin River. This department is run by the Power Director and Power Board with the involvement of the city council, city manager, mayor, and department staff. The minutes typically include the date and time of each Power Board meeting, the location of the meeting, an agenda, a list of those present, and a summary of business discussed, usually topics such as capital facilities, UAMPS, operations updates, and more. The minutes are signed by the Board chairman and administrative assistant.
