Scope and Content
This series contains resolutions crafted and passed by the governing body of the Coral Canyon Special Service District. The District was created for the purposes of providing water, sewer, drainage, flood control, health care, transportation, recreation, fire protection, street lighting services within the Coral Canyon Planned Community Development. Washington City served as the governing body of the District and its council members held dual positions as Special Service District board members. These resolutions primarily deal with bonds used to pay for projects and record such decisions as interest rate changes, schedules, and requirements. Each resolution contains the text of the resolution or bond, a record of the votes made on it by the District, and related material.
