Scope and Content
This series contains reports created and managed by the city sexton recording burials in the Heber City cemetery. Each report is recorded on a standard form and includes such information as the name, sex, race, and color of the deceased, the dates of birth and death, place of birth, father's name, mother's name, place of death, cause of death, name of undertaker, name of physician if applicable, the date of burial, and the location of the grave. Each report is then signed by the sexton. Reports are on half-sheets of paper with perforated lines, indicating that there was a second piece of the report that was presumably either given to the family of the deceased or filed in city offices.
