Scope and Content
This series contains receipt books for various cemetery services, such as perpetual care and grave digging. The books contain pre-printed forms noting the date, the name of the person paying, the lot they're paying for, a description of the lot, and the dollar amount. The receipts are signed by the sexton. The receipts in this series are mostly carbon copies, the originals having been taken and filed with the city record and/or kept by the person making the payment.
