This series contains the minutes of the Land Use and Development Management Commission. The minutes record the discussions and decisions of the commission as regards development in Clarkston, including the building of new and accessory structures on private property, the establishment and development of businesses, and the use and development of town property including streets and buildings. The records also include supplemental material the commission used to make its decisions, including architectural reports, permits from the Bear River Health Department particularly regarding the installation of sewer systems, business license applications, correspondence, maps, and more. Minutes are dated and are stamped with the town seal and signed by the recorder.
