Scope and Content
This series contains newsletters which provide information for the At-Risk student program. The newsletters contain information pertaining to editorials, guidelines, feature articles, monthly updates, announcements, and a service directory. The newsletter is published and edited by the Utah Learning Resource Center and funded through the Office of Education.
In the end The Special Educator was published by the Utah Personnel Development Center, which closed June 30, 2014.
