Ben Lomond Cemetery Maintenance District (Utah) Interment Record, 1873-1993

This series contains a register used to record information about each individual buried in the cemetery. The record appears to have been started within the first few years after the cemetery came under the management of the Union Cemetery Association in 1892. It also contains some information for burials prior to that time, gathered from grave markers or other sources. The register includes such information as the name of the sexton, name of the deceased, date of birth, place of birth, parents' names, date of death, place of death, cause of death, attending physician, and grave location. In later years the cemetery staff often included the name of the burial lot owner, the date of burial, and the name the spouse of the deceased.
