District Court (Fifth District : Iron County)

Pre-printed forms regarding estate settlement (12 June 1889-14 April 1900) and property sales (8 June 1889-9 January 1900). Begun in the Iron County Probate Court and continued under the 5th District Court for Iron County.

This series contains a book of pre-printed forms used to record various orders issued by the court in probate cases. The book was begun by the Iron County Probate Court and continued to be used by the state district court after Utah achieved statehood in 1896. The information in the book is similar to that found in later probate record books, but the orders are grouped by probate case, rather than chronologically by when they were issued.
