Schedule Description
These are the audio recordings of all committee meetings of the Utah State Senate. The recordings are used to generate written minutes which are maintained permanently under series #18459. However, the written minutes do not contain a verbatim transcript of the meetings.

Notes
Until January of 1999, this series had a three year retention, thus anything before 1994 probably do not exist, or there may be piecemeal survivors (from audiograph disks??).
As the cassette tapes come in, master tapes will be made. Until a master is made, the cassettes are unavailable for reference (preservation). See Preservation Section Manager to determine if master tapes have been created for any particular year.
