This series includes Versatil (a computerized location system) reports, correspondence, and other data (including merged series) documenting records turned over to the Salt Lake County Archives in 2001. The county created its own records committee to set records retention periods and expanded the county archives. Then they requested the return of all records created by county agencies in the holdings of the Utah State Archives (where they'd been transferred prior to the creation of a county archives).This record includes date, time, place, attendees, and staff meeting notations.
