It includes three volumes: "Book A," beginning in 1855, "Book B", covering 9 June 1873 - 11 June 1883, "Book B-1", covering 14 April 1884 - 10 Nov 1890, and "Book E", covering 17 Nov 1890 - 13 Jan 1896.

These records were probably microfilmed in 1966 by the Utah Genealogical Society and the Utah State Archives along with other Sanpete County Probate Court records. The microfilming is poor (out of focus) and if the original records come into Archives custody at some point re-filming should be considered.
