This series contains a book used to track water meter locations on the west side of the town. Most information is regarding locations of meters but can include notes about installation and maintenance of water lines. It was apparently created as an inventory of existing water meter locations in 1947 then added to as new lines were installed. The contents appear to be arranged in some geographical order, perhaps by block or street. Residential locations are listed by owner and not address.
