Scope and Content

The State Archives holdings in this series consist of a set of architectural plans for a fire station to be built in Farmington. The plans were prepared by Alv G. Youngberg and Associates in 1963 and include a plot plan, foundation plan, exterior elevations, detail drawings, and mechanical plans. There is evidence that this same plan was adapted for fire stations in other locations in the county. The Archives also holds an incomplete, undated set of drawings for the jail at the criminal justice complex, created by the architectural firm of Edwards and Daniels.
