Schedule Description
This series contains a public notice of proposed amendments to the constitution of the State of Utah for the year 1920, certified by the Secretary of State Harden Bennion. Publication of proposed constitutional amendments is required under section 23 of the Constitution of the State of Utah, which states that substance of the proposed amendments shall be "published in at least one newspaper in every county of the State, where a newspaper is published, for two months immediately preceding the next general election".
