This series contains minutes documenting the proceedings of the court.

This series contains a single book of court minutes. The minutes were created to document the proceedings and actions of the court in each of its sessions. The minutes begin when the court was established with the creation of Wayne County in 1892 and end in 1895 before the probate court was replaced by a state district court. The minutes note such information as the dates the court was in session, the name of the judge presiding, the matters brought before the court, and the text of documents filed in various cases.
